How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, production begins and we cannot make changes. Contact us immediately at support@tee80s.com if you need assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your payment details on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our main fulfillment centers are in the US and EU, allowing fast delivery to North America, Europe, UK, Australia, and most other countries.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2-5 business days. After that, shipping times are: US: 3-7 business days, EU/UK: 5-10 business days, Worldwide: 7-21 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts at $4.99 for US orders. FREE shipping on all orders over $50! International rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
How do I return an item?
Contact our support team at support@tee80s.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We're sorry! Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! If the item doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for a different size. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Check our Size Guide before ordering to find your perfect fit.

What printing method do you use?
We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing technology, which produces vibrant, high-quality prints that won't crack, peel, or fade over time.
What materials are your products made of?
Our t-shirts are 100% premium cotton (Bella+Canvas, Gildan). Hoodies and sweatshirts are cotton-poly blends for comfort and durability. Mugs are premium ceramic.
How do I care for my printed clothing?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Following these care instructions will keep your items looking great for years.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes! We partner with suppliers who meet strict ethical standards. Our products are made in facilities that ensure fair wages and safe working conditions.
